Do you sell directly to members of the public?

No. We can only sell to organisations that are legally licensed to handle these products, which include Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies & wholesalers. However, depending upon your location, Rose Pharmacy may be able to help you with your prescriptions requirements:

Why do I have to verify my professional status?

We operate in a highly regulated market, which is designed to protect the public and the industry. Therefore, we have to comply with our legal obligations to meet our licensing requirements that enable us to trade.

Are you able to arrange fast delivery on a short notice for urgent medication?

We have logistics in place to deal with urgent requests. If this is going to be a regular order, then we can ensure that we hold sufficient stock to meet your ongoing needs.

How do I know the legal requirements for the products being imported into the destination country?

The supply of drugs is usually regulated by government departments, such as the ‘Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the USA and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all legal requirements are met at the destination country, before the drugs are imported. We cannot accept this responsibility but may be in a position to provide some direction by using our network of partners.

Do you accept returns?

All requests for returns should be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We only consider goods for return when there has been a product recall or it has been sent damaged.

What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum but there will be a delivery charge to orders below £250:00 (excluding VAT).
